Currently, there are no other Hidden Villages other than the Original Five. If you want, I can make you the Kage of one of the avalible villages.

Also, Missing Nin is not currently inabled. We do not have enough people for the rank to be usefull.

Finally, on to Jutsu. After a character is created and accepted, you have to actually train to learn jutsu. Currently, I don't think anyone has any jutsu yet. o.o

Other than that, you're OK.
